After you place an order, I need some time to prepare it for shipment.

  • Orders confirmed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from the actual shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Areas

I primarily ship orders within the United States.

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):​ Orders are typically shipped via reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The exact carrier and service level may vary based on the destination and package weight.

  • International Shipping:​ At this time, I only ship to addresses within the United States. I am unable to accept international orders.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Calculated Shipping:​ During checkout, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. You will see the final shipping fee before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping:​ I may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a specific minimum value. Please check the website’s promotions banner or the product page for any ongoing free shipping offers.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Domestic Delivery:​ Please allow 3-7 business days​ for delivery after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service level.

  • Please note:​ The estimated delivery time is not a guarantee. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping

Please refer to the full Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. Regarding shipping for returns:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact me immediately at support@kineta.store. I will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement once the return is received.

  • For returns initiated for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

6. Risk of Loss

The responsibility for the goods passes to you, the customer, once the package is delivered to the carrier for shipment.
